North Korea is boasting its
readiness to wipe out the United States (US) with "five million nuclear
bombs" fired by teenage soldiers. This North Korean dolphin appears in the
Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) publication, Pyongyang's media regime led by
Kim Jong-un.
Pyongyang's bluster with
five million nuclear bombs is in doubt. North Korea's military power with data
from Global Firepower, where the number of nuclear bombs owned by Kim Jong-un
regime is only about 10 units.
Details of Pyongyang's
military power, among others, the active army of 700,000 personnel. Army
reserves as many as 4.5 million personnel. Total units 944 units. The number of
destroyers destroyed undetected. Then the annual defense budget reaches
USD7.500.000.000. Number of artillery crane as many as 4500 units and 10 units
of nuclear bomb.
But, KCNA reported that the
Central League Youth Committee Kimilsungist-Kimjongilist, a committee of North
Korean youth troops, could launch a nuclear bomb attack that could wipe out the
United States. "The young guys are keeping themselves ready to fight
mercilessly to eliminate the demon group (US) with five million nuclear
bombs," the KCNA report said, quoted by Daily Star last night (26/4/2017).
The committee called the
United States trying to bring a nuclear disaster to an inviolable country. The
committee in another message also markets "the earth will be
destroyed" when the attack is launched.
The warning comes as Kim
Jong-un launches the largest ever military drill. This Pyongyang maneuver
displays a large number of artillery weapons. In various photo documents also
seen hundreds of North Korean tanks lined up along the eastern coastal city of Wonsan
during a power show for the 80th anniversary of the Pyongyang military.
In response, US and South
Korean troops also held provocative war games near North Korea. About 2,000 US
and South Korean soldiers descend into combat training ground in Seungjin,
Pocheon, South Korea, close to North Korea.
General analyst Jonathan
Pollack of the Brookings Institution think tank is expected to face the United
States in the face of a confrontation with North Korea. "We can stumble in
vain into what is the biggest crisis in East Asia since the US waged war in the
Korean War in 1950," he said.the Korean War in 1950," he said.
